The story
How this business started
I started out in the motor trade at a car supermarket, working as a paintless dent repair technician.
Over the next three years I worked on everything from small everyday dents to much more complex repairs, across all different makes and models. That range is where the knowledge, the confidence and the attention to detail came from. After around three years I took the next step and started offering my services independently, taking on work for private customers and traders alike. As word spread, the business kept growing.
- No filler or respray
- Private and trade work
In July 2021 I took the leap and became fully self employed, building CEO Paintless Dent Repair into the business it is today. Since then we have grown through hard work, customer recommendations, and providing a professional, honest and high quality service.
I am proud of how far we have come and extremely grateful to every private customer, trader and business who has supported CEO Paintless Dent Repair along the way. From starting out at a car supermarket to running my own PDR business, this is only the beginning.
The method
Why paintless, and not paint
Paintless dent repair
What I do
- Your factory paint
- It is not touched at any point.
- Filler
- None is used.
- Colour
- Nothing has to be matched.
- Drying time
- Nothing is applied, so there is nothing to dry.
- The car's history
- The panel still has the paint it left the factory with.
Filler and respray
The usual alternative
- Your factory paint
- It is sanded back before any of the work starts.
- Filler
- Used to build the shape back up, then sanded flat.
- Colour
- Mixed to the paint code and blended into the panels next to it.
- Drying time
- Primer, colour and lacquer all need time before the car can go back.
- The car's history
- The panel has been resprayed, and a paint depth gauge will pick that up.

Some of the repairs

The process
How a repair works
- 01
You get in touch
Give me a call, or send a few photos of the damage. Try to get the whole panel in one of them as well as a close-up.
- 02
I give you a price
I tell you what it will cost, and whether paintless repair suits that particular dent. If it does not, I say so.
- 03
I work the metal back
I get in behind the panel and bring the metal back to shape a little at a time. Nothing is filled and nothing is painted.
- 04
I check it under the board
The reflector board goes back on the paint. When the reflection runs straight down the panel, the dent has gone.
