What is paintless dent repair?
I get in behind the panel and work the metal back to the shape it was pressed into at the factory. Nothing is filled, sanded or sprayed, so your car keeps the paint it was built with.
Will it work on my dent?
That depends on the paint more than the dent itself. If the paint is still intact there is usually a repair in it. If it is cracked or flaking then paintless is the wrong method, and I will tell you that.
Why does my photo not show the dent?
A dent only shows up where something straight reflects across it. That is what the board in the photos on this site is for. Angle your shot so a window, a building edge or a strip light runs over the damage.
Do you work for traders as well as private customers?
Yes. Dealers, traders and body shops send work through regularly, and it is the same repair either way.
Will the repair show up when I come to sell the car?
No. No filler goes in and no paint goes on, so the panel still reads as original if a buyer or a lease inspector puts a paint depth gauge on it.
